Reserving the Birch Leaf Chapel

This one-of-a-kind artistic landmark sits on two acres of historic gold dredge tailing piles. The rental includes private access to the custom stained-glass Chapel, maintained guest parking and the boujee lou; a true Alaskan experience. This intimate space comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests with access to a cozy wood fire, a built in Bose sound system, tables, table cloths, seasonal decor and other specialty items upon request. Effective January 01, 2026 the rental rates are as follows:

Summer Rate · May 01 - September 30
- $200 per hour facility fee
- 2 hour minimum rental
- $100 per each additional hour
Winter Rate · October 01 - April 30
- $300 per hour facility fee
- 2 hour minimum rental
- $150 per each additional hour

Occupancy is limited to maximum 30 people for events. You can bring your own music and plug it in to our sound system. Extra chairs and tables are available. There is no running water, but it features a heated outhouse and parking with plug ins. Chapel is only accessible by stairs at this time.
